My screen cracked one day after I dropped my phone. I filed a claim with Asurion that day and uBreakiFix was able to replace both of my screens the very next day (the back glass was cracked on the side under my case unbeknownst to me). They were able to take care of both!!! It took just over 2 hours. They were very professional and my phone is working well. Samsung sends kits for them so other things got updated as well.
