I am on my 4th or 5th phone that is as broken as the first I send them. One wasn't getting connection they couldn't even find it. The other people could not hear me. The third wouldn't connect to devises and now this one won't hold a battery for more then early afternoon. It is same phone as before so it is not phone brand I have been with Android. Don't waste your money on this business. I got insurance for 5 devices and when I filed a claim they said I messed up. Which was bullshit because I double check everything. Long story short they denied my claim because I supposedly put a wrong date. But when I talked to a manager he said I filed 2 claims. The 1st one was canceled and the second one was denied. So basically on the website it has a glitch and they are denying it. So i canceled this shit and got my money back. RIPP OFF COMPANY
Si pudiera le daría 0 estrellas, dure casi tres años pagando el seguro y cuando lo fui a usar no me cubría la fisura en el cristal trasero y se suponía que era ilimitado, me dijeron que tenía que ser reemplazo pero era por un teléfono usado lo cual quiere decir que mi teléfono lo más probable es que si lo arreglaran y después se lo dieran a otra persona y no está mal lo que está mal es que te cobran 275 dólares por algo ya usado y no te dan la opción de reparar tu teléfono eso es un completo fraude.
