My wife and I had a great experience working with Matt and Asurest to establish our living will and trust. Matt was extremely knowledgeable/helpful walking us through the process, answering our questions, and going above and beyond to work around our busy schedules to ensure a complete experience. His professional but approachable personality made us feel very comfortable working through this process and we would gladly work with him again! We’ve already recommended him to our friends!
My wife and I met with Matt for estate planning. He was fantastic - met us for the initial discussion and answered our questions. He put us at ease immediately; very professional and efficient. Also personable. He completed our request and contacted us to meet to sign the paperwork. For each meeting, he let us know exactly what we needed to bring with us. He had a notary meet with us for document signing. Again, very efficient and painless for something that we put off for way too long.
We worked with Matt and team to set up Advance Medical Directives, Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care Decisions, General Durable Powers of Attorney, Last Wills & Testaments and Revocable Living Trusts for my wife and I. He thoroughly explained the different options, the benefits of each document and his fees, without any high pressure sales pitches. Even with the holidays happening, we knocked out these documents quickly and completely. Highly recommend!
We were totally pleased with the procedure and product created for us. Extremely thorough and answered every question we had. This on top of a fee that’s 60% of fees quoted by larger firms.
I used Matt and his team for assistance with my dad's estate. I have to tell you Matt and his team were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. My dad's probate was a little difficult, but he was calm cool and collected throughout the entire thing. I appreciate all of the work Matt did to help make sure that everything went smoothly and that all of my questions were answered.
