I was literally sitting inside my car trying to pay when a staff member walked up, snapped a photo of my license plate, and started preparing a citation. I had already paid via AMP app within minutes, but they ignored it, didn’t say a word, and just waved me off like a criminal. The whole system feels like it’s built to penalize students, not help them. You don’t even get a fair chance to park, pay, or explain. 2.6 stars is too generous.

This school year (Fall 2025) on polytechnic campus, they changed the permits required for some lots with little warning. Lot 37, which used to be a lot for Green permits (the cheapest parking permit) was quietly switched to Red (the most expensive permit). The one sign that is meant to clarify the fact that it changed is at the less visible entrance that seems less likely to be used. Expensive parking. Restrictions during games, and so many spots are blocked. Horrible.
