Friendly, knowledgeable and approachable, she truly goes above and beyond for everyone. It is obvious how hard she works and how much she genuinely cares about the people she helps.
Amazing job Kim. She works so hard and never stops to get approval and a great rate.
Just got the keys for my first house thanks to Kim holding my hand throughout the entire process. It’s not easy in a system that wants to shut out normal people more and more, but Kim laid out my options early and later got me over the line as a single woman with a middle income and didn’t make me feel like and idiot at all as I stumbled through it. Thank you for answering all the questions and running through all the scenarios. Will be recommending Kim to anyone who will listen.
We are so grateful to Kim for her hard work and expertise in helping us get our home loan. We didn’t even know if it was possible with my extended maternity leave and my partner’s inconsistent new small business income, but Kim found us multiple options with competitive rates and a great amount. Kim was easy to work with, reliable, accessible and very knowledgable / well networked within the banks. Her document requests were clear and the portal easy to use. Thank you so much Kim!
