I got burned by them, too. They put a crack in my brand new tile, then the owner said they couldn't have done it because that's never happen before!!! Save your time, money and headache and look elsewhere!!

Do not use! Run Far Far Away!!!! Use True Friends because they are the best around. I used Astronaut because they were the only ones not booked up, which should've been a sign. I bought two hours, and they only give you an hour because the first hour is for their travel time, which would've been nice to know up front. I only had to move a kitchen table so I didn't figure it would be an issue. This is the third moving company we have used, and by far the worst. They did show up on time, nothing was broke, but the two gentlemen took their sweet time after loading the house up and bringing it to our new one, we were charged another hour when it was not our fault at all. They then stated the would not unload until they were paid again. There wasn't even any stairs.
