Gary is an ass hole when it comes to customer service he has no clue how to treat, (especially) a first time customer. I went to pick up parts that were water Jet and the parts were all rusty and full of sharp edges..... and when I asked "is this how you hand a customer a finished part?" The answer I received from Gary was .... "It's steel and water its gonna rust!!!, listen my pump failed on my machine and the parts sat in water what do you expect?.... you want to argue with me I'll argue" I was in shock this is how I w... read more
