The service could definitely be better. No available prices on anything until you manage to get the attendant to take 5 minutes to figure out the price, seems a little suspicious to me.
No pricing on any items, crazy delivery fee and getting a pricing on tiles was a hassle, feels like you might get scammed

Amazing staff, more than happy to help out with an issue I had with some tiles I had purchased elsewhere. Exceptional service, I would not hesitate to purchase from here.
We have them recommended by our builder and they charged very expensive price. After done the job, there is tiles not nicely grout and all the glue come off in between of the tiles. We contacted them like so many times Ignorance from them…. They never come back to fix it. It’s nearly a year now we still trying to contact them but nothing had done. They charge very expensive but provided very bad quality tiling job.
