Albert did a wonderful job with his customer service and installation work. He was the only person I contacted that actually responded to my inquiries, gave a timely estimate, and showed up on time to do the work. When I asked if he might be done the day of the install by 4:30, he finished at 4:20. [And he was able to remove a massive piece of furniture without any damage to the floors or walls]. I would definitely use Astro Services again.
I was very pleased with the quality of the services and value provided. The project involved modifying a built-in entertainment cabinet to fit a 65" TV and hanging the TV on a heavy mount on a newly constructed wall within the modified cabinet. Albert came out and fixed our very complex camera system that another company did not finish installing. It was a big mess from the pervious company that installed, but Albert got everything up and working properly. He was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough and did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend.
Albert Samperio provides excellent service--he does everything audio visual installation and troubleshooting-related. Highly recommend!
