Astral at Franklin received a 5 Star from me guys if you're looking for work or a home for your loved ones look no further as a CNA for over 25 years I have never experienced an atmosphere like Astral. Staffing and Administration are amazing and the food is so good also to top it off you feel like you're working or living in a beautiful mansion! What more can you look for In conclusion, this place is a must-visit.
As a current employee at astral I have never once witnessed staff yelling at employees or residents. I love my job and the people I am around here. My RSD Amy Wood has always been completely understanding of my life outside of work when it comes to requesting off. The staff here are a welcoming bunch of people who always look forward to working with me. Astral is an amazing place to work and live.
Astral At Franklin is a wonderful place to work in the assisted living healthcare setting. The residents here are a pleasure to care for and are treated with dignity and respect. The staff are also treated equally and fairly by the management team. The nursing team work together and all have a passion for caring for elders.
