Hesitant to leave reviews due to the fact that they called me to ask if I knew the individual that left a 1 star review that spoke truths about the facility that were damaging. Two reviews left by family members have been removed as well as one currently still posted they have responded that a person has been speaking with the family that we have never heard of… this also speaks about the integrity of this facility. My grandma’s experience here was horrible. She was a beautiful woman who was always clean and full of life. We would come see her and her room was dirty, she wasn’t kept clean and they would let her sit in wet pants. I watched my grandma become a person that no longer smiled , did not look like the same person and was a shell of the person she used to be. It was very sad to watch.
