Choose Astound over Comcast I was a Comcast customer for 4 years before I found Astound. With Astound you can expect prompt courteous service, knowledgeable technicians, and they won't place you on hold for an hour. Better yet when the Comcast technician cut my cable line while servicing my neighbor's line. Comcast refused to fix the problem, but all I had to do was call Astound and they came out the very next day.
Astound Broadband is awesome Absolutely great experience, reasonable prices too. Too bad they are limited to a few cities in California. I have since moved away from Concord and cannot get Astound anymore! :(
