Back pain help When I came in I had a painful time getting up from a chair. The therapists here helped to straighten my back and I had an easy time getting up. I have no more pain in my back at night in bed. I've learned many excercises to strengthen my muscles to help me move and stand straight. I feel stronger and more energetic. I'm glad I had therapy.
I have confidence in Astoria Physical Therapy With my initial visit I was unable to stand or sit for lengthy periods without having numbness and pain in my legs and low back-I also had a lot of headaches each week.
