If you like being 24 hours behind, and no up to date information online about your account from Friday to Monday morning, then this antiquated bank is for you. If you want out of date security and poor customer interaction, this bank is for you. The staff is fine but need more tellers. The interest (almost ZERO) that Sterling gives us a disgrace.
