Service is horrible. Takes a long time to do anything. I believe this bank is understaff and the bank manager does not know how to run his/her branch. I am hear now and it’s lunch time. Found out both the assistant manager and bank branch manager went to lunch at the same time so we as a customer have to wait. I defiantly would not recommend to do business with this bank. If you have value of your time then take your business somewhere else.
Small parking lot and rude people who work there. Ever since Astoria got bought over by Sterling it has gone down hill.
