This review is for Alex M. at the Webster branch in Kensington, Brooklyn. For the first time at this branch, I felt like client satisfaction was put at the forefront. Even though Alex was ready to leave for the day (I had gone in a few minutes before closing), he went out of his way and took the extra time to see that my needs as a client was addressed.
