Unprofessional staff
Holiday Springbrook has caring staff and root beer floats every other weekend are fun!
I love how it looks and when I walk in I see the staff really care about the residents and the rooms are amazing so quiet too
The absolute worst place to move anyone that is elderly that you love. The administration will get on the microphone while they are suppose to be enjoying the slop that they call meals and calls the residents "THRASHY" because they missed the trashcan with a paper towel in the bathroom. Constantly run out of food that they have on a menu that they plan. Serve dry sandwiches with crumbled chips and wilted lettuce.
