I really wish I could give no stars. I prepaid for skin needling sessions, had one session then tried countless times to contact them by phone, email and fb messenger. I have heard nothing from them. It looks like they have closed up shop and ran away with peoples money. I have heard from alot of other people this has happened to them too. It's awful, disgusting and just plain wrong!! No answer, took my money and run.
Had a confirmed booking on 4/4/2024 at 5pm. Drove 40 mins in the pouring rain and I turn up to the appointment only to find out that the shop is closed! I don’t care what happened, just have the common courtesy to call your customers to reschedule. What a joke.
Kate was absolutely amazing- I left feeling so refreshed and vitalised! I loved my experience here!
Love the hydrafacial treatment. Kate is amazing, knowledgeable and gave the best advice about skin. Highly recommend 👍
