Unsatisfactory appointment with their tech. She smelled like she was smoking right before she started my exam. It was really a terrible expirience, I'm switching back to my old provider. At least they have an actual office and the team is great. I just wanted to save some money with Assured but it's not worth it.
Really bad customer service. I get phone calls every year trying to get me to make another appointment. I've asked them not to call. They say I'm on the list as "do not call." Yet they call anyway. I get mail from them asking me to make another appointment. I've asked them not to mail me anything. They say they can't stop. This is like a bad divorce, where the "ex" just won't get the message and stop contacting me. Think twice before you make an appointment with them. . . they'll never leave you alone again!
