It was a plessure to deal with Assured. Kim was our broker and she was WONDERFUL., she went above and beyond to help us with every detail.
We have been working with Kim Williams for a couple of years now and I cannot recommend her more. Kim has been instrumental in us achieving our financial goals as well as building our first home. She is efficient, professional, responsive and knowledgeable. She took the stress out of everything, and we will never go elsewhere.

I have had 15years experience with this company we were sold a loan by a very slick salesman who made the promise that this loan would be 1% lower than the big banks this was not true as within 2years it was above the big banks and for the last ten is was over 2% higher and all assured offerd was to change lenders.I was trapped as the location of the house was in a town that no one would lend any more so I couldn't change.
