The low star is for the booking website, card on file is so dangerous nowadays that many hackers targeting, mostly use Apple Pay now but the booking website still require patients to store credit card data, this is ridiculous.
Overall, all of your services are excellent, and I think they are really good. However, a few things concern me. Occasionally, the massage room has a tobacco smell, and the carpet is old and has a slight odor. Since the space is getting quite outdated, a bit of interior renovation and refreshing the décor would help make it look nicer. The curtain dividers also look a bit old-fashioned, so updating them would make the space more comfortable.
