I had an issue with my bed and they continued to help resolve! Good company.
I can't say enough and give enough stars for this bed!!! I have had Queen Size Platform Series Bed since March of 2022... And I LOVE IT!!! Both my late wife and I are physically disabled and only 5+ feet tall. This bed has been a TOTAL BLESSING FROM GOD!!! Even since my wife passed (09/11/22) this bed has continued to be PERFECT for me. I am able to raise the bed above the height of my wheelchair seat for transferring into the cair and below the height of of it for getting into the bed. I am not sure I would recommend this company to disabled individuals any longer. I have had two issues with my hi lo bed and they were ignored. The mattress sags and the side rails are using cheap material that causes scuffs and tears within a short amount of time. No resolution and no follow up with my emails. I would like to delete this review and I hate to share this on a google review but without any follow up and I have a warranty??? The prices are not listed for the mattresses and base for king beds. Sometimes we don't want to have the hassle to call for price. The website needs improvement
