Person preparing our taxes was 30 minutes late and stated "That's what you get for waiting until the last minute!" I'm guessing referring to the deadline a week away My wife and I walked out flabbergasted. She was late lol. The lack of professionalism was astounding. If you have a large estate like ours steer clear you can't trust clowns with your money.
Very professional and friendly person
I March 2022, I walked in with my wife and all our paperwork. Diana was late in seeing us because her last appointment ran long. I was annoyed, but once we got in her office and she started looking through our papers and working at her computer I asked when we would expect our return to be completed. To my surprise she said, "In about 30 minutes." I was like, "What? You're kidding!" Diana did our taxes in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the cost of the last 3 accountants we've used! We will be returning in 2023.
I thought I'd have to pay last year and I got money back!
