My partner recently called to see if they would facilitate a closing and my partner also asked if they would handle AOC (assignment of contracts) which is essentially where I transfer my contractual rights to my partners LLC for fee. We’ve closed over 20+ deals in TN, we are professional real estate entrepreneurs and we are to be treated as such. Highly recommend you use Rudy Title for all closing services, i can ASSURE you this isn’t the place you want to use.

This was my first time using a title company (Assure Title & Escrow, LLC) for a closing on a home loan, and I have to say it was the best experience so far. I have bought, sold, and/or refinanced over a dozen homes over the past 25 years and dealing with Mattie & Rob were absolutely fantastic!! Mattie and team were great. We were remote across country and Mattie took all the time to answer our questions, providing support throughout the process. We closed successfully in record time.
