We needed assistance for my dad returning home after a hospital stay. The Assurance team were responsive and efficient in getting in home support setup quickly in a short time frame. The in-house care team were very good and helpful in getting dad settled back into home. Thank you to everyone who helped get things back on track for my parents much appreciated.

We needed the services of an overnight companion to help out and oversee the wellbeing of a family member with memory issues while I was having surgery that involved a hospital for a few days, and we were lucky enough to have Rose's help. The management team is very helpful. It always has prompt reply to a client request.
