Extremely Disappointing Experience Assurance Home Care failed us on every level — poor communication, unreliable caregivers, and complete lack of professionalism. We expected care and support; instead, we got stress, last-minute cancellations, and excuses. Would never recommend.
Untrustworthy and Unprofessional Very disorganized company. Caregivers don’t show up, and management is dismissive when concerns are raised. We felt ignored and disrespected. Stay far away.
