I love working with Richard Day, and Assurance Financial. They communicate in a timely manner and cover all the bases. Richard is an expert at what he does and has been in the business longer than most lenders. He knows his stuff, and he especially knows Renovation Mortgages. Though he offers all the products, if you are thinking about Renovation (one of my favorite products out there, and a great tool to have in your tool box) Richard is your guy!
Chris Lester and team were wonderful to work with! Our situation was complicated since we were out of the country, and they were extremely helpful, setting up calls at our convenience and walking us through the process. We highly recommend them!
