The management company I work for has used Association Legal Services to collect delinquent debts for 3-4 years now. We have been extremely happy with their services and quick responses to emails and phone calls. They are on top of the collection procedure and those people who gave a bad review should wake up and pay their assessments on time and there wouldn't be a problem. ASL has collected many of our outstanding delinquent accounts and significantly reduced our Accounts Receivable amounts. Thanks, ASL!

I've been a CAM for almost ten years and have used Association Legal Services for several of the properties that I've managed. My associations have used their document revision services, the "prepaid" services, and the collections services. I can't recommend them highly enough. I've always gotten a response back quickly, even if it's to say that they're researching my issue.
