I called a few weeks ago and was able to get in to see Dr. Slepoy the next day. I had a very painful bump on my big toe bed that my PCP treated me with an antibiotic and called it paronychia. Dr. Slepoy said it actually is a nail fungus. His recommendation was to remove the nail but after todays visit (3 weeks after my first visit) the red painful bump is not painful anymore and looks a lot better.
