I had the most horrible experience here. I used to live in the area and desperately needed help in regards to depression and suicidal ideation after being assaulted. During intake the recommended me to go to a inpatient hospital with a waitlist, but I decided I wanted therapy. I told them I was willing to try medication, but wasn't completely sure as I tried it in the past and didn't like it. Let me start by saying this For approximately 3 years I was happy with the care and compassion I received from my counselor and therapist. Recommending friends and family. Problem one My insurance changed, Alfa refused to speak with my insurance to solve the issue and that was the end of my therapy there. (2022) Problem two My husband is currently a client and I have permission to speak on his behalf. About a year ago I began getting charges on my bank statements.
