This place helped me soooooo much! Idk what I would've done.... In the beginning I was going through it.... I was on medication but stopped since I don't want to depend on it... Ever since ive stopped I felt like myself ... I wanna thank my therapist who helps me! Shout out to him :) They're so sweet and nice.. never gave me issues! It's the place I can talk about my problems without being judged! Shout out to the Front desk as well ... So sweet and nice (even though I never had a full conversation with them). Lol
I had the most horrible experience here. I used to live in the area and desperately needed help in regards to depression and suicidal ideation after being assaulted. During intake the recommended me to go to a inpatient hospital with a waitlist, but I decided I wanted therapy. I told them I was willing to try medication, but wasn't completely sure as I tried it in the past and didn't like it. Let me start by saying this For approximately 3 years I was happy with the care and compassion I received from my counselor and therapist. Recommending friends and family. Problem one My insurance changed, Alfa refused to speak with my insurance to solve the issue and that was the end of my therapy there.
