Stay away from this clown. Dennis was retained to manage our HOA's finances and file our tax returns. He miserably failed at these simple tasks by repeatedly "losing" checks and failing to deposit many of those he did receive in a timely manner. He neglected to pay invoices on time or provide any kind of timely reporting resulting in numerous fines and penalties to the HOA from utilities and other vendors.
