My husband used the atm this morning since it’s close to our home because he didn’t have time to run to our banks atm and the machine ate his card and we stopped in 34 min after the bank opened and they destroyed his card because it wasn’t one of their cards. I’m at a loss for words as to how inconsiderate if that’s the policy considering non members pay you a fee to use the atm. Not to mention we were considering changing banks because of this banks convenience. Won’t be doing that after this stunt.

What a SHADY bank! I specifically asked if there were any fees with a savings account and they lied to me and said there are no fees, then i later find out there are fees to send you a statement, how ridiculous! Ppl don’t like shady pointless hidden fees, you should have the option to opt out but it’s a deliberate hidden fee. I’m finished doing any business with them from now on. They could have been honest with me but instead chose not to be.
Nobody here is serious about doing their job.
