I liked working for IAC I left because of layoffs for COVID, then came back to fill time for a start date on a different job. It's hard work. If you don't know something ask, they don't like holding your hands. Work hard and flip the $#!t and you'll do just fine. Give respect and you'll receive respect after earning it.
Was hired on, and excited about working for this company, and learning a NEW skill!! Working there for a month and in that time I heard MORE than once that my lead was due a raise 3 years ago and hadn't received it yet. SO he was only going to do the minimum of his job and then left me to try and figure things out on my own!!!!!
