Very helpful staff. And of note, this is Accociated Healthcare Credit Union's only location that has a coin counter for your Jar of coins.

I have been a member of associated healthcare credit union for over 10 years and have never had a late payment. I was notified by a rude women of a late payment of $35. Due to an error on their behalf of my payments being taken from the wrong account information twice I had to resubmit my bank information and was told it would be 7 to 10 business days before I could resubmit a payment. The women on the phone was so rude and inappropriate and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
