I’ve been a member for over 20 years and they’ve always been great - until recently .. In the past year, I’ve had to deal with more mistakes on their end than the previous 20 years combined - lack of communication, no follow through, mysterious, late fees, attached to my bill, non endorsement of the checks when it’s returned to my bank… Whenever I needed a loan, this has been my go to place and I’ve never considered going anywhere else. It truly is disappointing :(

I’ve been an AHCU member since I started at Children’s, which I hit a 20 year career milestone this past Aug, so needless to say I’ve used AHCU for quite awhile. The Egan team is always so inviting and friendly. They’ve helped my husband and I secure multiple car loans throughout the years with the best interest rates, always!
