I check in 3:30 but after 5 hours unload very bad lumper workers not working on time. I miss my next appointment next pick up never come here.
So the upside is overnight parking but it's so far downhill from there that they might as well be dead and buried. Showed up early and docked on time but sat for 4 hours before they even started working on the unload and 7 hours later and several disrespectful conversations about them working on it they finally finished the one job they're here to do. A total of 11 hours for an unload is abysmal and shameful!
Extremely disappointing experience. Waited over 7 hours to unload just few pallets — completely unacceptable. On top of that, the lumper fees were excessive. When I asked for an update, I was told, “We’re working on it, now leave me alone, I’m eating.” The attitude from the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, showing zero regard for drivers’ time. Definitely one of the worst facilities I’ve dealt with
2nd time here and the security officer, again, is spot on with professionalism and informational. Few over night parking spots and was finished within 2hrs from appointment time keep up the great work
