Started strong and fizzled to disappointment ... Zach is non communicative .... great in purchasing jewelry I will give him that... Steve prior owner was more on top of things ... great guys but fell short in communication in selling the last pieces of moms estate... I would recommend them for buying on spot jewelry but auction purposes fell short in keeping family notified ! Very disappointed took pieces back!
Guess im just putting this back up then. Was told at least 4 times i would get a call back to make an appointment. Just to keep getting blown off. Was told to send photos of what i have again zero response. Why do yall lie? If you're not interested just say "we cant help". Why did they initially tell me we can get an appointment no problem withing 2 days and then there's zero attempts to make an appointment or respond to my emails. Great associates!
Zach is great! He and his team provided us with the assistance we needed in this challenging time and transition. They were impressively efficient, completely professional, and very committed to making the disposition of the estate property successful. Zach went out of his way a number of times--driving an hour each way each time, in order to tie off issues with the sale of a vehicle at the DMV. I recommend these guys very, very highly!
