Very disappointed with this company. Things started out well enough with some of the items put up for auction sold and was pleased with the results. One item left over that did not sell seems to be lost or misplaced. No response from repeated calls and emails.

Wonderful first purchase from Associated Estate & Appraisal Co. I had a minor problem with Live Auctioneers, who hosted one of their recent auctions. I reached out directly to Zachary at Associated Estate, and he contacted Live Auctioneers on my behalf to remedy the issue. When that failed to produce the desired outcome, Zachary took care of the issue himself within minutes. An item I bought arrived slightly damaged (compared to the photos on the auction listing). I emailed Associated Estate, and Zach communicated very quickly and resolved the issue by refunding the shipping. The items were very well wrapped and protected for shipping, so no problem there. Ideally I’d have preferred to receive the item undamaged, but I’m happy they addressed my complaint swiftly and efficiently.
