They are extremely slow and not dependable. I bring in a check and act as if they can’t deposit it. Need better customer service when I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. I prefer other branches
I went this branch to deposit two checks. Both were accepted by the teller and I received a receipt for the transaction. After a week and only one check cleared I called the main office to find out what was going on. After a 15-20 wait, I was told that there was an endorsement issue and they tried to reach me on phone but no answer. Seems that after a couple of days they would have returned the item since they do have my home address on the check and the account that I have had for over 25 yrs.
