Good service all around.
First and last time. 0 out of 10, I do not recommend. Patrice definitely needs a little extra training. The way she handled my elder aunt and I today was truly disgraceful.
I am a member of ACU and called to get information pertaining to a potential loan. The branch representative was not helpful at all. It was clear that she had no idea what she was talking about and I was rushed off the phone. So I called a different branch and received a completely different response. The representative was very helpful. I will never call the Ellenwood branch again.
This place makes a lot of money and you can’t talk to no one because the calling system is filled with nothing but static. This is ridiculous to me.
