I went this branch to deposit two checks. Both were accepted by the teller and I received a receipt for the transaction. After a week and only one check cleared I called the main office to find out what was going on. After a 15-20 wait, I was told that there was an endorsement issue and they tried to reach me on phone but no answer. Seems that after a couple of days they would have returned the item since they do have my home address on the check and the account that I have had for over 25 yrs. Customer service is Horrible! I had to sign so much paperwork just to withdraw my money from my account… and I'm currently looking for another credit union.
Cannot speak to a person on the phone no matter when you call. Your only option is to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. I can’t just sit by my phone all day and wait for a call back. I have a life. Very inconvenient for customers.
