I tried to open account with this branch. This lady gave me a hard time to open, they wanted to know my previous address and when I call to know about opening the account and nobody told me I need chexsystems credit bureau to be unthaw and in all banks I only need to unfreeze the major three. She gave me a bad attitude and if people don't like their job don't work there. She should be fired.
I have always received great service and a very helpful team member at my Beaver Ruin branch every time I visit them. They make my banking experience something I look forward too.
I generally have had a positive experience with Associated Credit Union over the years, but my recent visit was disappointing and frustrating. I went in to get a new debit card, and initially, everything seemed to go smoothly. The staff member I spoke with was polite and handled the process well.
