This credit union is an absolute joke. I’ve had this car loan since September 6, 2022 and I’ve made my payments on time faithfully every single month. I paid my car payment of 430.44 on December 28th,2023 to be used for January. They took the money from my account on 12/29/2023. I paid on 1/11/2024 and for February’s car note and they have no record of that even though I have the proof and time stamps. I owe them 330.44 for a miscommunication for the month of February.
