Online banking is terrible. No one there to help you. If you run into a simple issue with Zelle then you can't access your money and you have to wait until business hours to call and speak with someone to get your account unfrozen. How convenient for the weekend or for someone who works in healthcare and can't juat stop into the bank on their 30 minute lunch break.
