Absolutely Horrible.I made the mistake of getting my home loan from them because my employer "used" them. It turns out that they have nothing to do with my employer. They messed up my first payment and I got a ding on my credit report. They then messed up my tax payment from escrow twice.Now that I am finally trying to close my accounts, they won't close them. I paid associated credit multiple payments ,and they called telling me there system only allowed for 60 days of pre payments, so I sent them,a payment for October , mind you I sent two payments in August which are well within 60 days of October 10th. However I was contacted and told I needed to make a payment for October. And I did on Friday the 24th. Then on Monday the 25th. I was once again contacted and was told I owed a late fee . So every time I deposit a check they hold for 5 business days even know its a local bank then they charge my bills come through 30 and dont pay it my checks are always good thats a BOG problem all banks make a percentage ***** le right but not them thats why I will be closing my account with them this week
