I would give them a negative but you can’t these people are unprofessional! I have proof of a bill paid and they refuse to take it of my credit report and now to get the attorney general involved. So unnecessary and a waste of time.
Very poor customer service. Danielle was very unprofessional and was unwilling to have a reasonable conversation and began raising her voice at me. When I asked to please speak to her supervisor she said “they would just ask me the same thing”. I asked her if she was refusing to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Customer service is nonexistent. I have talked with Tim a few times dealing with my parent's issue (I have power of attorney). He is extremely rude and short. Just this morning I tried to set up 2 payments to clear up the matter. He was short with me and wound up hanging up. Did I get an attitude back, most certainly. I'm just trying to settle the matter. Customer service rep, Tim, was very hostile and rude. I've had about 3 phone conversation with the same man and each time I was very disappointed by how he spoke to me. I don't know what is going on in this man's life and I hope things get better for him, truly. But that is no excuse to be unprovokingly combative.
