The worst app and even website. Never loads. Says my payment didn’t go through there was an issue timed out etc but it does go through anyway. I have to check my bank account to make sure I don’t make double payments. Wish another company would buy my loan. How can you make it impossible to make payments but then charge late fees. Been trying to log in for six hours now.
Easily one of the worst banks I've ever used. You can't make car loan payments on weekends online? Can't contact customer service directly? What kind of bank doesnt have these options available in 2024?!
terrible company stole $10,000 dollar insurance check payment from me after i got into an auto accident and refuses to give it back so i can fix the vehicle i have the loan with them for.

Very vague auto-loan statements and pmt system. Im going to keep ontop to ensure they record accurately.
