Easily one of the worst banks I've ever used. You can't make car loan payments on weekends online? Can't contact customer service directly? What kind of bank doesnt have these options available in 2024?!
terrible company stole $10,000 dollar insurance check payment from me after i got into an auto accident and refuses to give it back so i can fix the vehicle i have the loan with them for.

Very vague auto-loan statements and pmt system. Im going to keep ontop to ensure they record accurately.
Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Do NOT get an auto loan from them. They don’t have a functioning app. Constant issues making payments which they then charge you late fees.
