The worst customer service I have ever seen they make you feel like there doing you flavor because they talked to you it’s the worst customer service I ever seen it should be shut down before everyone hates associate bank I usually go the one on t in pewaukee and they couldn’t be nicer
I’m so sick of calling this branch for assistance. All they do is hand you off to customer service, no matter how big or small the issue is. I worked here about a decade ago and if your customer service wasn’t top tier it was absolutely noted. I kept the bank account because I very much valued the small bank feel of being able to talk to people I know regarding my finances — especially now that my family moved out west. But at this point it’s exhausting.
I sent an employee over to get change for a $100 bill. I told him to explain what business we are, but if there is a problem, he should call me as I have multiple accounts with Associated. He said they told him, "we don't do that." SERIOUSLY? You're a bank! So much for customer service!!!
I would have no other bank, now that I have banked with Associated.
