These workers discrimate anyone who comes in who isn't white, or dressed up in a suit. They also DO NOT serve the community like any normal bank. Normal people aren't allowed to come in and ask for some change. That's completely ridiculous. COMPLETELY ridiculous.
I walked in trying get 5 singles for a 5 dollar bill. 4pm just after I got off. Trying to get on bus Two African American tellers 1 male mid20s 1 woman mid 40s would not help me based on my skin color. They were so racist. Won't exchange cash unless you have an account, can't even exchange 4 quarters for a $1 bill.
I wish associated Bank expand their Banks in all 50 states or more States when we go out of town.
Had the best customer experience here yesterday with Nate, who helped us turn in our coins for cash, despite having just closed down the counting machine. We were one minute late at our personal bank, which turned us away (we didn't know the counting machine closes before the bank does). Then we walked into Associated Bank and asked if they were still counting coins, and Nate helped us without any hesitation.
