Excellent customer service. Both on the phone at their call center and in-store. Amber McConnell is very professional, kind, and efficient
I went in to get help with an issue on my account and I couldn't help but feel like they just wanted to get rid of me and couldn't give less of a damn about me as a customer. I've heard things about this branch that aren't good but I see it for myself now. It's past time to close this account.
They told me I had to come back. They had zero customers. What is their purpose? Why bother having physical locations. Ridiculous. Never judge a book by its cover. I had alot to contribute. Their lose. I don't recommend.
