I’m so happy this branch has a Spanish speaker banker , she has helped me many times with anything I need and she’s very patient with translating for me , always answering my calls or emails quick , thank you Pamela!
I called at 10:30 AM on 8/28/25 and spoke with Pamela. She was incredibly friendly, answered all of my questions, and even took the time to find answers when she didn’t know them. I was calling about my 401K, and she was amazing! Thank you so much, Pamela!

I went in to get help with an issue on my account and I couldn't help but feel like they just wanted to get rid of me and couldn't give less of a damn about me as a customer. I've heard things about this branch that aren't good but I see it for myself now. It's past time to close this account.
