I called at 10:30 AM on 8/28/25 and spoke with Pamela. She was incredibly friendly, answered all of my questions, and even took the time to find answers when she didn’t know them. I was calling about my 401K, and she was amazing! Thank you so much, Pamela!

I went in to get help with an issue on my account and I couldn't help but feel like they just wanted to get rid of me and couldn't give less of a damn about me as a customer. I've heard things about this branch that aren't good but I see it for myself now. It's past time to close this account.
They told me I had to come back. They had zero customers. What is their purpose? Why bother having physical locations. Ridiculous. Never judge a book by its cover. I had alot to contribute. Their lose. I don't recommend.
