Tria and Cindy were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. They helped me through a complicated situation and made sure that everything is resolved. Tria even followed up with me the very next day. Some of the best customer service I received from a bank. Kiddos ladies.
Jackson was knowledgeable about different financial options for my situation. Very professional, polite, and personable. Appreciate his time and customer service.
Just to give customers a heads up, you cannot walk in his bank and think that you will get service. If you need to speak to a banker you most definitely are told to make an appointment because they’re too busy to be able to see people one on one to rely on appointments only is very inconsiderate, sometimes you just wanna go in and have a sit down with a person one on one but the more we have to deal with the Internet, the less welcoming It becomes in time robots will have all the positions and I guess humans are OK with it. ... read more
I haven't had a bad experience with associated until today. I actually love the bank and almost everyone I come across. I stopped in to make a quick transaction before I headed to work, and I didn't catch her name, but she was an elder to middle aged blonde teller. As I waited, she held up the line talking to a customer about politics. I firmly believe talking about politics at work is completely unprofessional.
