I've been in branch twice, obviously due to the fact of the 9-5 hours. I've had nothing but excellent costumer service. Both times were for a replacement debit card. One was a walk in, I was greeted as I walked in, and they had no problem with assisting me promptly. The second time I had an appointment, and once again, I was greeted as I walked in, and assisted in a timely matter. Most of my interactions with Associated Bank is through over the phone. Edward Wilson provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful when I needed to get a new debit card last minute. He made the entire process quick, smooth, and stress-free while still taking the time to answer all of my questions. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way he does. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend working with him if you ever get the chance!
They never answer the phone when calling. Some issues need to be taken care of promptly, like unauthorized charges. The online banking does not give you an option to stop payment unless it’s a check that was used. People work 9-5 making it difficult to go to a branch. “ Leave a message and we will get back to you in 1 business day” does not suffice. This seems to be ALL the branches.
