I've been in branch twice, obviously due to the fact of the 9-5 hours. I've had nothing but excellent costumer service. Both times were for a replacement debit card. One was a walk in, I was greeted as I walked in, and they had no problem with assisting me promptly. The second time I had an appointment, and once again, I was greeted as I walked in, and assisted in a timely matter. Most of my interactions with Associated Bank is through over the phone. He made the entire process quick, smooth, and stress-free while still taking the time to answer all of my questions.
