They never answer the phone when calling. Some issues need to be taken care of promptly, like unauthorized charges. The online banking does not give you an option to stop payment unless it’s a check that was used. People work 9-5 making it difficult to go to a branch. “ Leave a message and we will get back to you in 1 business day” does not suffice. This seems to be ALL the branches. Tria and Cindy were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. They helped me through a complicated situation and made sure that everything is resolved. Tria even followed up with me the very next day. Some of the best customer service I received from a bank. Kiddos ladies.
