Amazing customer service! They are knowledgeable and Shannon has the best customer service of any branch manager I have ever worked with. They made getting a HELOC, and opening accounts so easy and seamless. Anytime I have an issue they are there to help and so kind! Also I LOVE their daily trivia. I had a bad experience with this Bank when trying to exchange smaller paper currency for larger paper currency. I had no idea how much I had but felt confident the bank would accurately count it. After verifying that I had an account with my ID they began to use their money counting machine up front to count the money.. the machine was not operating correctly after several attempts, of her putting the money in the machine in small piles then taking it back out and putting it back in the machine.. it was almost like a card ga... read more
