The web site hours do not correctly reflect their Saturday hours. Closed on Saturdays - unfortunate waste of my time.
Stranded in Rice Lake in -20 weather: this branch refused me access to my accounts with a picture of my photo ID, memorized account numbers and the manager from my home branch (1hour away) called and personally vouched for me and I had funds in my account to cover the withdrawal. Ouch
The drive through lanes were quite narrow, especially for a truck, but the teller was fast, friendly, & efficient, and that's the main thing in my book.
Horrible customer service at this branch. Today was the last straw and it's credit union for my future.
I used their atm to get money and they refused to break a 20 into 2 10s. The lady was very rude and would not even hear me out when I stated you literally watched me use the atm and come to the counter.
