The male manager of this bank is incredibly rude. I stopped in earlier this week to open an account and was turned away, being told I needed an appointment. When I couldn’t make the appointment that was set, I called back, and he just said, “Call back when you look at your schedule,” and hung up. I thought—maybe make me another appointment?! I have a annuity fund through this bank but since I don't have a account with them they refuse to notarize something for us very unprofessional and rude people
The manager at this branch is completely rude and incompetent. Called to make a wire transfer and said he couldn’t help me, and laughed when I said I had 180K in his bank, but couldn’t access it. Pulling all money out and over to Johnson Bank.
Worst customer experience I’ve had at associated bank in over 10 years. The woman (Taylor) was not helpful and acted like I was causing her an inconvenience by being there. Another teller had to greet me to initiate her even acknowledging I was waiting in line and was the only customer in the building at that time.
