Great bank
No professional attire. Employees wear jeans, tennis shoes and flannel shirts. Give them a vest and they will look like Walmart and Menards employees. They talk too loud. I heard conversations about other people's business.
Prefer this bank over chase and covantage. The staff are welcoming and chat with you. Feels very personal when they recognize you. It's smaller so it feels homey.
