I started a new account this morning at the New London branch of Associated Bank. The person that waited on me was Georgia Dey. She was the absolute nicest, most polite and caring person. So very helpful and friendly. I will personally walk into the bank just to be able to interact with her. What a wonderful person to represent the bank. Associated.Bank should be proud to have her as an employee.
Exceptional customer service ! I went to this branch to change accounts & was so impressed with Bill who helped me opened my account and also provided me valuable information about the various accounts I could open. Everyone here is welcoming even their customers . Very well run professional staff , I’m so happy I came to this branch .
You guys need to fix your app so you don't have to go in to the bank to log back in if you mess up your password to many times. Done this about 6 times and it's old. Also would be nice if you opened earlier.
