Great staff makes banking easy.
Disappointed in the service or lack there of with this branch. Went there at 4:25pm to open a new account and was turned away because they close at 5pm and “it can take up to an hour to open an account”. I expressed I already have several accounts and am just looking to add an additional one for separation of funds. I can appreciate that it’s inconvenient to start the paperwork so close to closing… but it’s inconvenient for us to try and get to the bank before 4pm when we work all day.
